Entering Property Details

This form is split into 3 parts, General Information, Services & Facilities and Meal Plans &Options.

General Information

This section contains general information such as the hotel name, address, description and category. When you enter information into "Description" you can press the <Enter> key to start a new paragraph. When the description is shown in the pages of our reservation system a new paragraph will start at the point where you pressed the <Enter> key.

The hotel category is selected from a list of Areas, Places, Prices Ranges and Ratings.

Services &Facilities

This is a list of the services and facilities. Check the box next to the facilities and feature that apply to your property.

Meal Plans & Options

This is a list of meal plans and/or optional extras that you want to include on your booking form. If you do not want to include any meals or options on the booking form you can skip this section.

Meal Plans 1 to 6: There are 4 parts to this entry.
Text: is the text that will be shown in the booking form, booking list, email message sent to yourself and the guest.
Adult Price: The price charged for adults.
Child Price: The price charged for children. If you do not have special prices for children make it the same as the adult price.
Basis: The way you charge for this meal plan. Valid entries are P (per person per night), R (per room per night), S (per person per booking) or B (per booking)

Optional Extras 1 to 12: There are 4 parts to this entry.
Text: is the text that will be shown in the booking form, booking list, email message sent to yourself and the guest.
Adult Price: The price charged for adults.
Child Price: The price charged for children. If you do not have special prices for children make it the same as the adult price.
Basis: The way you charge for this option. Valid entries are P (per person per night), R (per room per night), S (per person per booking) or B (per booking)

Some Suggestions on Entering Meal Plans: When RezEasy creates your booking form any items you enter into meal plans will be used to create a select box. The meal select box that RezEasy creates is a single select therefore the first item is selected by default. Here are some examples of how you can add meal plans:

1. If you do not include any meals in the price of a room make the text for the first meal plan (Meal 1) "None", the adult and child price "0.00" (zero).
2. If you include breakfast in the price of a room make the text for the first meal plan (Meal 1) "Breakfast (included)", the adult and child price "0.00" (zero).

Some Suggestions on Entering Optional Extras: When RezEasy creates your booking form any items you enter into optional extras will be used to create a list. Each item in the list will correspond to one of the optional extras. There will be a checkbox next to each item. If the checkbox is checked the optional extra will be included in the reservation.

You can use these optional extras for anything you like. For example you could include airport pickup, a special dinner, daily newspaper, tour etc. You can, of course, leave all the optional extras blank.

1. Notes:
1. RezEasy will only generate the Meals select box if an item is entered into Meal 1. Other items do not have to entered consecutively, e.g. you can enter something into Meal 1 and Meal 3 leaving Meal 2 blank.
2. RezEasy will only generate the Optional Extras list if one or more options are entered. You do not have to enter items consecutively, e.g. you can enter something into Option 1 and Option 3 leaving Option 2 blank.
3. When you enter text into the Meal Plans or Optional Extras do not use double of single quotes otherwise errors will occur in the pages of your site.
